Lots: 4 Sim Lane (Maximus)

The official The Sims website offered a couple of (official) houses to download. One of those houses was the Maximus household who, once imported into the game, lived at 4 Sim Lane.
We still have the Maximus house available for download here!
Bulldozed this lot costs §5,500.
